Assisting other departments when necessary to facilitate best service delivered to clients

Collating and presenting documents to the required standard

Adding activities to client information on company database Key skills will include:

6 GCSEs Grades A-C including Maths and English, or equivalent

Excellent knowledge of Word and Outlook

Previous legal secretarial experience

Proficient audio and copy typing skills

Confident communication skills at all levels, including excellent telephone manner
