Working Hours: 

The OCC will operate 24/7/365 operating a continuous shift pattern over a rolling 4 week roster.  The Operations controller will also be required to provide additional support in the event of emergencies and major incidents outside of the normal work pattern.

Ensuring delivery is safe, on budget, and in accordance with contractual and technical requirements
The position will report to the Commercial Manager.

Duties Include:

Manage project delivery team from client enquiry to invoice
Estimating, Writing of commercial and technical proposals
Attend client meetings, some overseas travel
Present commercial, technical and QHSE data
Control costs and related Data 
Prepare invoicing information 
Providing technical, contractual and administrative support to the offshore project teams
Prepare project plans, procedures and method statements

Attend project briefings, HAZOP meetings with support of Operations, Commercial and QHSE Managers
Daily Management of projects in line with Company policies, procedures and Client specifications
Direct liaison with Clients throughout project execution to maintain contractual control and provide Client satisfaction

Requirements
Experience within Geotechnical or Survey project activities, preferably within the offshore market or Project Management experience within the wider field of offshore or onshore construction support services
Offshore Party Chief or Supervisory experience preferred

You will have a working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820 regulations and the associated QSR and GMP, and FDA guidance&amp;#39;s; and an understanding of Six Sigma, FMEA, PFMEA, Test Control Plans, test/inspection schedules, design control, software evaluation skills, APQP, and Gage R&amp;R.

The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background and have a strong knowledge of PLCs with excellent fault finding skills.
