Accountant - Norfolk, Norfolk
My client a market leading organisation has an excellent opportunity for a high calibre Financial Accountant to join their head office team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller responsibilities will include: preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, control of all balance sheet reconciliations, preparation of annual statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors, assisting in month end close, leading month end and year end consolidation and consolidated balance sheet forecasts, review of IFRS adjustments. Other key duties include a variety of ad hoc projects, such as systems development, and Director support.
You will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or qualified by experience. You will be a good team player, have excellent problem solving skills and previous experience within a similar position.
This role would also be an excellent first step out of practice into industry with the opportunity to develop and progress internally.
