Job Description

A leading London law firm is looking to hire a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate to join their highly regarded practice. The work is varied, partner-led and often cross-border, with regular involvement in transactions where real estate, finance, tax, construction and corporate structuring intersect.


The real estate group advises across the full lifecycle of major assets and development projects, including acquisitions and disposals, investment transactions, development and regeneration schemes, asset management, leasing, joint ventures and financing arrangements.


The team has particular strength across mixed-use schemes, prime and alternative real estate assets, build-to-rent, student accommodation, offices, retail, industrial and hospitality. Clients include institutional investors, developers, private capital investors, lenders and private clients.


Key Requirements:

  • 5PQE+ with strong commercial RE experience gained at a leading firm.
  • Solid experience across commercial property transactions.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills.
  • Confidence running workstreams with appropriate supervision.
  • Interest in complex, high-value real estate work for sophisticated investors and private capital clients.
